FEN is a private company specializing in development of food processing for production of a broad range of pasta, snacks, breakfast cereals and precooked products, exploiting extrusion-cooking, extrusion-forming, sheeting, cutting, drying and toasting/roasting technologies. All industrial machinery that is involved in above mentioned processes is designed and manufactured and tested in home. The processing development is performed in a R&D Dpt. that is equipped with a full set of pilot machinery for simulation of industrial operation and a laboratory for analysis of a large range of raw materials and products.
