WP1 SCENARIO STUDY - Comprehensive review of sustainable packaging issues
The first set of preparatory activities to be carried out within WP1 will be dedicated to:

• perform a comprehensive review of relevant legislation as well as strategic guidelines towards increased sustainability of packaging products,
• perform a comprehensive market analysis,
• assess market power associated with the introduction on the market of the proposed new product,
• identify technical and functional properties of competing technologies, as well as common industrial practices applied,
• set high-level guidelines for the development of biodegradable foamed 3D-shaped packaging from bio-polymers.
